SUBFLOOR PREPARATION PRODUCTS
NA 220 Concrete SL Primer is a concentrated, solvent-free acrylic primer that is used before the installation of underlayment materials. It is green for easy identification. NA 220 improves the bond between a properly prepared and profiled concrete substrate, and self-leveling underlayment. NA 220 can also be used as a primer for gypsum-based underlayments and patches.
A low-VOC, water-based acrylic primer that enhances the performance and adhesion of self-leveling underlayments (SLUs) on nonabsorbent surfaces such as ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT) and adhesive residue, as well as on profiled, absorbent surfaces. Ideal for a wide variety of substrates, NA 310 dries clear and combines excellent versatility with easy application.
A high-compressive-strength, cement-based underlayment and repair mix that is easy to pour and that seeks its own level. It is ideal for leveling, smoothing and repairing interior floors up to 1″ (2,5 cm) in a single application. NA 400 is extremely convenient: Just mix with water and pour over the floor substrate. Its fast cure time allows tile to be installed after just 24 hours.
NA 420 LP Leveler is a low-preparation, self-leveling, calcium-aluminate based underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer approved floors. Its unique formulation allows for direct application on substrates that are clean, securely bonded and properly primed. NA 420 has high strength and is abrasion-resistant, and is able to accept tile and stone 16 hours after installation and moisture-sensitive floor coverings after 36 hours.
NA 450 LP Leveler Rapid is a low-preparation, rapid-setting, self-leveling underlayment that typically requires only a clean, securely bonded and properly primed substrate before application. NA 450 is quite fluid once mixed and it can be easily installed from featheredge to 2″ (5 cm) in a single lift. Typically requiring reduced surface preparation, NA 450 provides lower installation costs and fast turnaround on jobsites. NA 450 is able to accept tile and stone after 3 to 4 hours of installation and moisture-sensitive floor coverings after 16 to 24 hours. It has a compressive strength of greater than 4,100 psi (28,3 MPa) after 28 days.
A fast-setting, latex-fortified, sanded, cement-based patching compound with high compressive strength. When NA 500 is mixed with water, floor coverings can be installed in just 1 hour after application. When mixed with the latex liquid NA 501 Floor Patch Additive, NA 500 can be used as an embossing leveler or to encapsulate cutback adhesive residue.
An acrylic latex additive for use with NA 500 Floor Patch to improve adhesion and flexibility. When NA 500 is mixed with NA 501, the floor patch system can be used as an embossing leveler or to encapsulate cutback adhesive residue. NA 501 also increases the working time of NA 500.
A fast-setting, versatile, cementitious material used for the patching of interior/exterior concrete surfaces including concrete floors, residential driveways, sidewalks and concrete pads.
NA 655 Premium Skimcoat is a high-performance, highly polymer-modified,fiber-reinforced cement-based skimcoating and patching compound. Use NA 655 to skimcoat and smooth minor surface variations and defects on common substrates. NA 655 creates a strong, durable surface ready for almost any floor application. Its unique formulation mixes easily with water and produces an easy-to-apply patching compound. Rapid-setting NA 655 allows for fast-track flooring installations in 30 to 60 minutes after application, depending on thickness and environmental conditions.
Vapor Guard™ Pro
Vapor Guard Pro is a high-solids, fast-drying, polymer-based compound formulated to treat moisture in concrete slabs of up to 15 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. (6,80 kg per 92,9 m 2 ) per 24 hours, and up to 95% relative humidity when applied in a double-coat method. It also serves to control elevated alkalinity (pH) on concrete slabs and isolate old adhesive residues in direct glue-down floor-covering applications.
MEMBRANE SYSTEMS AND WATERPROOFING
A water-based, acrylic membrane primer designed for priming properly prepared substrates before installing peel-and-stick membranes.
Applied by roller or brush, a coat of NA 1510 is ready for NA 1550 after about 15 minutes of drying time.
A flexible, thin, lightweight, load-bearing, “self-adhered” membrane over which ceramic tile and natural stone can be installed immediately with any polymer-modified cement mortar.
